 However, I wanted to save some recipes for the hot sultry summer days, when I don't want to switch on the stove at all.

Yogurt chana bowl

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup boiled black chana (assuming this is already there in fridge)
  • Finely chopped beetroot
  • Finely chopped cucumber
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Mint and coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked for 30 minutes)
  • Salt, pepper, and roasted jeera to taste
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Mix everything and enjoy!

Savory Chia Pudding

  • 2 tsp soaked chia seeds
  • 1 cup dahi
  • Grated cucumber 
  • Grated carrot
  • Green chili 
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt, Black pepper, Jeera powder
  • Tadka (Optional): 1 tbs ghee, mustard seeds, urad daal, curry leaves, peanuts, cashew
  • Toppings: pomegranate, coriander leaves, some nuts if not adding tadka
Mix and enjoy!
