Moong-Cucumber Salad
- Moong daal soaked overnight - i will try to steam a little instead of raw
- Chopped cucumber
- mint leaves
- grated coconut
- salt, pepper
Carrot-Apple-Date salad
- Chopped apples
- grated carrot
- chopped dates
- roasted peanuts
- grated coconut
- dressing made of honey, olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, salt, pepper
Beetroot salad
- 3 cups beets
- 1/2 cup soaked peanuts
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- ginger
- salt, pepper, lemon, honey
- grated coconut
Ashgourd salad - for summers
- Grated ashgourd - strain out water
- curd
- pomegranate
- salt, pepper
Morning Protein Drink
- 1 ripe banana
- Peanuts - soaked overnight
- Water/Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Cardamom powder, honey
- Blend and serve
Morning Drink #2
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 ripe bananas
- 3 dates
- cinnamon powder
Coconut powder uses:
- Laddoos with dates, dry fruits, cardamom powder and gur
