Moong-Cucumber Salad

  • Moong daal soaked overnight - i will try to steam a little instead of raw
  • Chopped cucumber
  • mint leaves
  • grated coconut
  • salt, pepper

Carrot-Apple-Date salad
  • Chopped apples
  • grated carrot
  • chopped dates
  • roasted peanuts
  • grated coconut
  • dressing made of honey, olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, salt, pepper

Beetroot salad
  • 3 cups beets
  • 1/2 cup soaked peanuts
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper
  • ginger
  • salt, pepper, lemon, honey
  • grated coconut
Ashgourd salad - for summers
  • Grated ashgourd - strain out water
  • curd
  • pomegranate
  • salt, pepper

Morning Protein Drink
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Peanuts - soaked overnight
  • Water/Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Cardamom powder, honey
  • Blend and serve

Morning Drink #2
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 ripe bananas
  • 3 dates
  • cinnamon powder

Coconut powder uses:
  • Laddoos with dates, dry fruits, cardamom powder and gur
  • scrub
  • manure
