Chickpeas are one of the most amazing legumes. Sometimes the palate is craving something new, and there are boiled chickpeas in fridge/soaked ones in a bowl, waiting to be part of a dish. This page is for one of those days.

To go with it, I came across this recipe recently. Am planning to try out today.
Ragi pita bread
- Ragi flour - 2 cups
- Yeast - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Olive oil - 2 tbsps
- Warm water
Regular pita bread
- 4 cups bread flour (i am using regular whole wheat)
- 3/4 tbsp instant dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.25 cup water
Mix everything. Rest for an hour. Divide into 8 parts. Rest again for 10-15 minutes. Bake just like roti.
