I know this is a recipes blog, but yoga is such a big part of my life that I wanted to make a post regarding it!
Yoga has enabled me to be myself, to live and feel like an alive human being. My favorite yoga channel is Bharti Yoga on youtube, she has a series of interesting and amazing yoga videos. It is great to see how far I have come in the last 2 years. When I started doing Yoga with Healthify live classes in 2021 March, I was in such a bad shape (physically as well as mentally), that I would cry in the middle of yoga classes at times. But now I can see so much difference. Even simple poses like Adho Mukha Svanasana - I can see how much better I am at it now, and how bad I used to do it earlier. My balancing poses were the worst, since my balance was completely shot - couldnt even lift a foot and do ankle rolls. I am progressing slowly, but steadily, and look forward to doing at least a 30 second natarajasan next year.
