Cheese-stuffed Green chillies in Air Fryer

5-minute recipe which tastes amazing. Works well as a snack. Uses the large green chillies.
  1. Slit the chillies, and stuff them with cream cheese. Sprinkle some pizza seasoning. If you feel like, some veggies like chopped onion/red capsicum can be added.
  2. Brush the outer surface with oil, and cook for 10 minutes in air fryer!

Chilli Cheese Papad Chips 

For the garlic cheese butter -

2 tbsp Butter

4 to 5 cloves of garlic

1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes

1 Cheese cube (grated)

A little coriander


Soak the papad in water just for 1 minute & then brush it with butter. Put in pre-heated air-fryer for 5 minutes. Can also cut the papad into strips before putting in oven but I found that too fiddly, so gave up on that.

Daal Bhajia

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup green moong - washed and soaked for 4-5 hours or overnight. Then strain the water
  • 1/2 inch ginger, 4 garlic cloves and 1 green chilli chopped
Make a coarse paste with above ingredients and then add

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green garlic
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp heeng
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp rice flour ( for making them crispy)
  • 1/4 cup besan
  • salt to taste
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp

Preheat airfryer for 5mins @180C then put small small bhajias in basket like you would do in a kadhai(while deep frying). Your basket should be brushed with little oil. Airfry for 10mins @180C tossing midway and brushing bit of oil.

Tip from the OP: your batter should be thick and not runny so make sure to NOT add any water and strain the moong dal nicely before making paste. Use a chopper to chop veggies fine
