Have started experimenting with these recently. Will update with whatever variations I try.
Ragi smoothie

- 1/4 cup ragi flour
Dry roast Ragi flour on low heat till it turns aromatic or steam starts to escape, it takes approximately 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of luke-warm water
- 2tsp flax seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 4 dates
- 4 anjeer
- 6-7 almonds (preferably, soaked)
- 2 walnuts (preferably, soaked)
Powder the above in a grinder, and mix to ragi-water.
Beetroot Smoothie
- 1 Beetroot - can boil/steam it upfront, will try it raw first
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp sattu powder
- 1/2 cup dahi - can replace with coconut milk for non-dairy
- the original recipe also had 1 tbsp oats but i will try without them
- 4 soaked and peeled almonds, 1 soaked anjeer
Blend and serve!
Green juice to start the morning!
Good for skin, good for gut.
- Cucumber
- Amla
- Ginger
- Mint leaves
- Lemon
- Moringa powder
Blend and filter!
