Morning Drinks

Start the day with one of these, for a healthy and energetic beginning!

  • Cinnamon water
  • Coriander water
  • Methi water
  • Jeera water
  • Saunf + dhaniya + Methi water post-meals
  • Fennel water

  • Lemon Turmeric Flush Drink: 2 cups Water 1 Lemon, 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/4 tsp Ginger 1/8 tsp Pepper 1/8 tsp Cinnamon + 1 tbsp Honey

Smoothies

The best thing about smoothies is that they make consumption of all those super foods really easy.

This page has a blend of my favorite and soon-to-be-tried recipes:

Mango

2 mangoes + 1/3 cup oats + water + chia seeds
1 mango + 1 banana + 1 cup dahi
1 mango + dahi + chia seeds + cinnamon powder +almonds

Apple-cucumber

1/2 apple + 1/2 cucumber + 1 kale + 1/2 cup dahi + 1/4 cup water + 1 tbsp seeds + almonds

Apple-Chia

1 apple + 1 cup greek Yoghurt + 1 tbsp chia seeds + almonds

Grapes

1 cup grapes + 2 bananas + 1 kiwi + 2 kale + 1 cup dahi + 1.5 cup water

Macha 

Macha powder, berries, oats powder, chia/flaxseed, spinach, ginger, beetroot

Blueberry/Brazil nut

1 banana, ¾ cup blueberries, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons raw Brazil nuts - soaked overnight, 1 tablespoon tahini, ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract, Pinch sea salt



Ragi Banana Smoothie

  • 2 bananas, fully ripened and frozen
  • 1/4 cup of ragi, soaked for 6 hours and sundried, then ground to fine flour 
  • 2 dates/ figs, soaked overnight 
  • 1 cup homemade coconut milk 
  • 5-7 soaked almonds 
Optional Toppings 
- Fresh coconut flakes 
- Hemp hearts 
- Cacao nibs 
- Fresh fruits chopped
